Who am I?

This is me! My name is Adonis, I’m 25 years old and live in Marlton, New Jersey. I’ve always loved fitness, nutrition, & most importantly, the gym. I trained frequently throughout my childhood during sports seasons, and took it more seriously while I was in college. I finished my degree in mathematics and began working in various office jobs. My training became a second thought & I began to become unhappy & unhealthy. I knew that something needed to change, so I left my office job and began my career in fitness. I got my personal training and nutrition coaching certifications through the National Association of Sports Medicine and have since become the sole proprietor of Adonis Building & Sculpting!

Why train with me?

I’ve learned a great deal in the 10 years I’ve been training. I have created programs to lose weight, gain weight, increase power, increase agility, improve quality of life, and improve sports performance. Presently, I relentlessly strive to be the best at what I do by keeping up to date on current fitness and nutrition science to ensure my programs are as efficient as humanly possible. I also converse with other experts in the industry to discuss ideas and strategies often. With that said, I am of course not perfect. I will always communicate gaps in my knowledge and expertise while doing my due diligence to fill those gaps. I’ll always be open to feedback of any kind.

I am also a great listener. This extends to stress management as well. Stress can negatively effect your health in a number of ways, so I will always lend you my ear!

Will I see results?


My answer is, of course, yes. Why? Because I and all of my clients have! As long as your goals are realistic, my training is a 100% guarantee of success, provided you stick to the program. I realize that it is difficult to follow ANYTHING without falling off every now & again, so I’ve factored that into the formula. I’ll be continually checking in with you to get you motivated and to help you remain disciplined.

Your progress is continuously tracked on my end with weigh-ins and progress photos, along with incentives for exceptional milestones. If I notice that we’re not seeing enough progress, I will let you know and adjust the program immediately.
