Weekly personal training & nutrition program designed to accomplish a goal of your choosing.
Weekly Training Program = 4 - 5 hypertrophy-focused workouts per week, daily stretching protocol
Weekly Nutrition Program = Daily macros, weekly shopping list, weekly weigh-ins & progress photos (due by Sunday of each week)
Weekly check-in meeting = Monday of each week at 6pm on Microsoft Teams
Data Tracking = Record all training & diet data into provided Excel spreadsheets (due by Sunday of each week)
